Does a team require at least one user on call at all times?

  • If Yes, Pulsara will require at least one user to be on call at all times for this team. It’s important to ensure the oncoming team member toggles on-call prior to the offgoing team member toggling off, otherwise, the system will not allow the offgoing user to toggle off call.

Does a team acknowledge EMS-created patients?

  • If Yes, when a new EMS Patient Creation notification is sent to the destination hospital, any team with this permission will send an acknowledgment notification back to EMS when they view the patient channel for the first time.

Is this an intervention call team?

  • If Yes, within an active Stroke or STEMI patient channel, all teams with this permission will be displayed on the IR Team Assignment card or the Cath Lab Assignment card.

Is this team available for Consult requests from other entities for the selected patient types?

  • If Yes, this team will be displayed and available for selection on the consult request card at hospitals that have established relationships.

Is it appropriate for this team to use Pulsara HQ?

  • If Yes, this team will have access to Pulsara HQ.
