What's changing
- A new At Destination field allows EMS to indicate when they dropped off a patient at the destination facility
- The field appears where transport request information is displayed to make it clear the At Destination time is for that transport
- Pulsara Web displays the new field along with an updated streamlined view for patient requests
- The field is available in iOS, Android, and Web
- ED Arrival remains in place for facilities to indicate when the patient came in the door

- To specify when EMS arrives with a patient at a transport destination
- To ensure the Pulsara Incident Summary shows the most accurate information regarding patient transport status

- Incident Commanders who oversee and track patient movement during MCIs and large-scale events such as hurricanes

Set ED Arrival in Web Patient Details Panel
What's changing
- ED Arrival time can now be set in the patient details panel
Why you’d use it
- Setting ED Arrival is key to letting your facility team know that a patient has arrived at the facility and is ready for care
- Once ED Arrival is set, several important patient actions are unlocked, such as Transfer and Handoff (per facility configuration)
- With ED Arrival set, the ED Arrival timer in the timer panel in mobile starts ticking up showing how long the patient has been at your facility
- Enables Pulsara to calculate several helpful patient times such as ED Arrival to Cath Lab ready, or ED Arrival to first NIHSS

Tappable Links in Mobile Message Templates
What's changing
- URLs, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses that are included in message templates will be tappable in mobile
- Any of these same items manually typed into a team message will not be tappable
Why you’d use it
- Admins can create templates with linkable items to make certain patient-related operations more seamless
- Link to an external website for case or medical procedural information related to the patient channel
- Tap on a physical address to see the location in your mobile device’s mapping app

- Care team members who use Team Messaging
Rollout
- The change will be visible in Pulsara mobile version 53, which is scheduled for release on October 23rd. This change is not yet available in Pulsara Web
Alert Original Facility in Web When Changing Destination
What's changing
- Pulsara Web team members who were previously alerted about an incoming patient will now receive an additional alert when EMS changes the transport destination from their hospital to a different hospital
- The alert sent to the original destination facility reads “Transport canceled” and indicates the reason for the change, as specified by EMS
Who’s impacted
- Facility Team members who prepared to receive a patient who was later transported to a different facility
Why you’d use it
- Communicate to the original facility when the team can stand down and concentrate on care for other patients

Automatic Age Calculation for iOS and Web
What's changing
- Age is now automatically calculated based on the specified Date of Birth
- The Set Age button that previously performed age calculation was removed
Who’s impacted
- Care team members who input Date of Birth or Age information into patient channels
Why you’d use it
- Populate age information more quickly without having to tap a button
- Faster patient channel creation and updates

- This change was released in Pulsara for Android in version 52. Now the feature is available for both iOS and Web

Expanded ImageTrend Integration
What's changing
- The ImageTrend integration has been updated to consume Configurable IDs from Pulsara patient channels
- The most common use of Configurable IDs is for scanning statewide wristbands but can include other use cases

- Customers who use the ImageTrend Pulsara integration and want to obtain Configurable IDs for patient channels
- Customers who are considering using the ImageTrend Pulsara integration
