Multiple Facility Access in Pulsara Mobile

Managing Call Status at more than one location
To get started, log in to the Pulsara app using your account that is approved at multiple Pulsara facilities. Once you are logged in, the top of the My Call Status page will display a menu of available facilities in alphabetical order. Select the appropriate facility at the top of the screen.
Select your call status
To place yourself on call for more than one facility scroll through the facility options and toggle on call for the desired locations.
After call status has been set at all locations you may click continue
Choose which location you wish to view
Changing Locations
To switch between locations, the menu icon then select “Switch Entity”. It’s important to ensure you are at the correct “location” in Pulsara prior to creating a patient channel.
