Keeping your Pulsara mobile app up to date
Keeping your app up to date ensures that you can keep using Pulsara for important patient communication and benefit from new features and fixes.
Pulsara strongly recommends enabling automatic updates so the app is up to date without manual effort. Pulsara customers have the best possible experience when the app is automatically updated to each new version. If automatic updates are not enabled, please consider the following manual update schedule.
Manual Update Schedule:
* Pulsara requires app update once every six months.
* Pulsara encourages updating as soon as new app versions are available
(approximately once per month).
Where to Update Pulsara:
- iOS users, navigate to the App Store
- Android users, navigate to the Play Store
If you are unable to access the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it may be due to restrictions in place on your mobile device. Please reach out to your IT Department so they can make new versions of Pulsara available for installation.
