Keeping your Pulsara mobile app up to date

Keeping your Pulsara app up to date is essential for smooth communication and access to the latest improvements. Updates ensure you can continue using Pulsara for vital patient information and benefit from new features and fixes.

 

Automatic Updates

Pulsara strongly recommends enabling automatic updates so the app is up to date without manual effort. Pulsara customers have the best possible experience when the app is automatically updated to each new version. 

 

How to Enable Automatic Updates:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > App Store > Enable App Updates.
  • Android: Open the Google Play Store > Tap your profile icon > Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps > Select your preferred option (e.g., Over Wi-Fi only).

If automatic updates are not enabled, please consider the following manual update schedule.

 

Manual Update Schedule:

If you prefer to update manually, you can do so through your device's app store. However, please be aware of Pulsara's update schedule:

    * Pulsara encourages updating as soon as new app versions are available

      (approximately once per month).

    * Pulsara requires an app update once every six months. 

 

Where to Update Pulsara: 

If you are unable to access the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it may be due to restrictions in place on your mobile device. Please reach out to your IT Department so they can make new versions of Pulsara available for installation.
