Manage an Incident in HQ

(1a) HQ is what you use on a daily basis to manage patients on a browser

  • (1b) Incidents Section
    • Ability to view incidents you have created or joined
    • Within an Incident, you have the ability to VIEW PATIENTS (2a)
    • Within an Incident, you have the ability to EDIT INCIDENT DETAILS (2b) if you are the owner.
    • Join a Nearby Incident (3)
    • Create a new Incident (4) 

Filter (1)

  • Ability to filter your patient list by Condition or Status

Summary (2)

  • Ability to see total patients per condition
  • Tap the summary of patients to expand and see the summary table by condition and status

Settings (3)

  • Tap the gearbox to show details of the Chief Complaint / Notes and/or patient name. To see full details in these sections, hover your mouse over the section to expand – “hover to discover”

Destination (4)

  • Associated entities and destinations can be viewed or set

Labels (5)

  • Assign labels to patient channel

Additional details (6)

  • Tap the “…” to see additional details about the patient (contacts, photos, etc.)
