What's changing
- A new filter was added to reduce down the patient list to display only patients created within the:
- Last 12 hours
- Last 1 day
- Last 2 days
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days (default)
- This setting is retained while logged in and between application logins

Why you’d use it
- To quickly locate recently admitted patients by filtering the patient list, which can be very long.
- To streamline the patient list and view only the most relevant patients for your current tasks.
- To improve efficiency by focusing on the patients that are relevant to your current work and not being distracted by older or less relevant patient data.
Who’s impacted
- Any team member who needs to quickly find a specific patient in a long list of patients will be impacted.
- EMS members managing large patient lists can filter to patients they are working on during their shift.
- Staff who triage patients in busy environments will be impacted. These staff members will benefit from being able to focus on the most recently admitted patients.
- Healthcare providers who manage patient lists will find this feature useful. This includes nurses, doctors, and other medical staff who need to stay on top of new patient arrivals.

- We added a new refresh button to the screen that displays incident details and patients within the incident

Enhanced Visual Cues for New or Hidden Patients
What's changing
- We added a new visual indicator showing when there are new patients in the list
- The indicator shows the number of patients that are new (unacknowledged) and whether they are hidden by the filters currently in effect
- The new patient indicator also lets you know there are new patients even when they are scrolled out of view
- This change effects Pulsara Web only

Pulsara for Android Version Support Information
- Starting in Pulsara for Android version 56, customers with devices running Android OS version 8 or 9 will no longer see Pulsara in the Play Store or be able to upgrade to new Pulsara versions
- Android OS versions 10 and newer are supported
- Why did we make this change?
- Google is not actively developing for these older operating systems
- To help ensure our customers are running on newer, more secure devices with newer operating systems
- Android version 56 for Pulsara release began on January 15th
Pulsara for iOS Version Support Information
NOTE: This information was also sent in our December product update
What's changing
- Pulsara for iOS version 54, released in November, was the last version compatible with iOS 15. Pulsara version 55 and later requires iOS 16 or later.
- iOS 15 devices can continue to use Pulsara until mid-2025.
- Devices running iOS 16 and newer can continue to upgrade to new Pulsara iOS versions.
- After upgrading to version 54 or later, Pulsara mobile end users will need to upgrade at least once every six months (the first required upgrade will be in June 2025).

Who’s impacted
- Pulsara iOS users with a device running iOS 15 or older
- Customers who upgrade to Pulsara for iOS version 54 or higher will be required to upgrade to a new version every 6 months
