Incident Patient Export

Incident patient export allows for the incident owner of Parent Incidents and Missions to export a list of patients that were in the incident. 


Each row in the export displays information about a patient. Items displayed include Incident information, Patient Demographics, Condition, Chief Complaint, Transport status, and more.

To have Incident Patient Export enabled for your entity, contact Pulsara by submitting a support ticket.

Exporting from an Incident 

Navigate to Incidents and view the Incident that your entity owns


Note: Exporting from a single Mission or from a Parent Incident are the same steps.

The incident export contains every patient in the incident, regardless of if your entity has viewed or received the patient. The export from a Parent Incident contains every patient from every Mission under the Parent.


Only the entity that owns the Incident is able to export. 


Select the Overview Tab

In the Incident Summary, select “Export Patients”

A confirmation will be received.



An email will be sent to the email address associated with the Pulsara account that selected “Export Patients.” Select the URL to download the available export. 




You will be navigated to Pulsara to download the export file. 


Note: To download the file, ensure you are logged into the same Pulsara account that you used for the export. 



The export will be downloaded as a .CSV file including:

Incident Creation Time, Incident Name, Pulsara Incident ID, Incident Number, Incident Other ID, Incident Type, Incident Status, Case Creation Time, IDs, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Age, Gender, Test Status, Patient Type, Patient Condition, Method of Arrival, Last Transporting Agency, Last Transporting Unit, Hospital, At Destination Time, Status, Stop Time, Labels, Chief Complaint, Pulsara Support ID and Link to Patient.
