Incident Archiving Instructions

To remove a stopped incident from the incident list, it needs to be archived. 

  • Archived incidents are filtered out of the incident list by default, but can be viewed by selecting the “All” or “Archived” filter.
  • Archived incidents cannot be modified unless they are moved back to stopped status. 


To archive an incident, first the incident needs to be stopped. To stop an active incident, review Stop an Incident.


Once the incident is stopped, open the incident details. 



Select “Edit”



Select “Archive Incident”



You will be prompted with “The Incident will be archived. Users will no longer be able to add patients to it.” To proceed with archiving, select “Archive Incident.”



The incident will now display as archived.



To restore the incident for any updates, open the details and select “Restore Incident.” 



You will be prompted with “The Incident will be restored with "Stopped" status.” To proceed with restoring, select “Restore Incident.”
