HQ access for EMS users

Pulsara HQ, is a browser-based command center for EMS, that enables supervisors to track units and access patient details.

Note: To access Pulsara HQ for EMS, an account-level permission is required. EMS admins are able to grant access to HQ on a per-user basis. To give a user access, follow the steps below: 

Navigate to Manage User.

Filter your search criteria by sorting admin users or all users and by searching the user's name, username, or email.

Select the user you want to add HQ access for

Select the pencil icon to edit user details 

Navigate down to “Can Access HQ” and change the permission to Yes. To save the change select update details.
