Configure Pre-Hospital Acuity Levels in Pulsara MANAGER
In Pulsara MANAGER, Admins have the ability to configure Acuity for Trauma and General cases. Setting Acuity Levels allows your team to quickly communicate meaningful information to the Emergency Department so that they are adequately prepared for the arrival of each patient. The NEMSIS category will be displayed alongside the acuity level for consistency across entities. In this article, we will show you how to modify your Acuity Levels.
On the left side menu, select "Acuity Levels" at the bottom of the "EMS" tab.
From the Acuity Levels configuration page, you will choose an acuity level from the following options:
- Critical, Emergent, Low, Dead
- Priority 1, 2, 3, 4
- Code 1, 2, 3, 4
- Code 3, Code 1
- Emergency, Non-Emergency
After you choose a list, you can remove certain labels as needed. Simply click on the X to the right of the label to remove it. You can always restore the original list or choose a different Acuity Level list by clicking on the "+ Load Acuity List" button.
