How to Join an Incident

(1a) From NAVIGATION MENU (upper left corner), Tap INCIDENTS

• • A list of all ACTIVE (you have JOINED) or NEARBY (within a specified radius of your location) Incidents will be displayed.

(1b):  Find the appropriate incident and Tap JOIN

• • You now have the ability to ADD PATIENTS to the incident.
    • Unless given permission by Incident Command you are not able to see the summary of the incident or patients associated with the incident.
  • If you are transport and scan a wristband or tag, you are also in the patient channel.
    • NOTE:  Even if you do not officially join the incident you may scan to add yourself to the patient and transport.
