Editing Case Times
Can I edit the times that have been inputted into a case?
Short answer: Yes!
During active cases, team members can adjust times and provide updates to the team in real time.
After the case is completed, team members can edit certain case fields for a pre-determined time. This pre-determined time is site specific.
Alternatively, a Pulsara admin can use Pulsara MANAGER to edit the case indefinitely.
