Change Incident Owner

STEP 1: EDIT INCIDENT DETAILS

  • From main Incidents screen tap EDIT
  • Able to edit fields on this screen

STEP 2: CHANGE OWNER OR STOP

  • To change owner, scroll to the bottom and select new owner from the list under Owning Entity
  • To Stop an Incident, scroll to the bottom and tap Stop Incident
