STEP 1: Edit Incident Details

From main Incidents screen tap EDIT

STEP 2: Change Owner or Stop

  • To change owner, scroll to the bottom and select new owner from the list under Owning Entity
  • To Stop an Incident, scroll to the bottom and tap Stop Incident


 

Pulsara Web

STEP 1: Edit Incident Details

  • From main Incidents screen select Details


STEP 2: Change Owner or Stop

  • To change owner, select Transfer Ownership, Select an Owning Entity and Select Save
  • To Stop an Incident, select Edit and Stop Incident
