Change alert sounds on iOS

Custom alert sounds can help grab your attention in a busy or loud environment. They can also be helpful to notify of select patient events that are most important to you. This article will demonstrate how to configure alerts on your Apple (iOS) device.

Tap the navigation menu icon in the upper left corner to open the main navigation menu.

Tap Settings.

Tap Change Alert Sounds. Then tap one of the patient events to customize its alert sound. Primary Alert Sounds can be customized for Hospital users and Secondary Alert Sounds can be customized for both Hospital and EMS users. Primary and Secondary alert sounds each have a different set of available sounds.

Tap options from the list to hear a preview of additional alert sounds.

Tap Save to complete your changes.
