Pulsara + AiDoc Integration - How It Works (for the End User)
Pulsara + Aidoc integration improves workflow efficiency by giving care teams immediate access to AI-driven insights and case images for faster critical stroke decisions. After imaging is processed, Aidoc generates a secure link based on the patient's MRN and sends it to the Pulsara patient channel for clinician review.
How to Use the Integration
Step 1: A patient channel is created in Pulsara, including MRN, either by EMS or hospital staff.
Step 2: Aidoc processes the imaging and detects potential stroke cases.
Step 3: Once images are available, a secure link to the case in Aidoc is created.
Step 4: The link is posted to the patient’s channel in Pulsara, enabling quick access to imaging and AI results.
Step 5: Clinicians click the link in Pulsara, which opens the Aidoc viewer, allowing them to review the patient and make informed decisions.
End User FAQ
What cases will have an Aidoc link? By default, links are generated when a stroke case is detected and imaging becomes available.
Will I get a notification when the link is added? No, Pulsara does not currently send a notification when the Aidoc link appears in the channel.
Why is the link missing for my patient? Common reasons include:
- Images have not reached Aidoc yet.
- Aidoc did not categorize the patient as a "Stroke" case.
- The MRN was missing or entered incorrectly in Pulsara.
