Pulsara + AiDoc Integration - How It Works (For the Admin User)

To activate the integration, follow these steps:

Step 1: Generate an API key and share it with Aidoc.

  • Security Note: This API token can be revoked at any time to disable the integration.

Step 2: Aidoc will perform the necessary internal configurations to enable link delivery.

Step 3: Hospital teams must work with Aidoc to verify the setup by testing patient creation, link generation, and clinician access.

Step 4: After activation, Aidoc monitors performance through automated alerts and analytics.


Managing Patient Mismatches

Administrators must establish clear workflows to ensure accurate patient matching between systems:

  • Define Workflows: Create internal processes for identifying and correcting patient data discrepancies.
  • Assign Responsible Teams: Designate specific teams (new or existing) to receive and resolve "Patient Mismatch" alerts.
  • Enable Alerts: Once teams are assigned, Pulsara will turn ON Patient Mismatch alerts for those groups.

Resolution Process: When an alert is received, users must identify the source of the error (e.g., incorrect or missing MRN) and update the Pulsara or Aidoc record to re-trigger the match.
