Narrative / Note Hint for Mobile
Launching in Mobile 77, this update adds a hint indicating another narrative note can be added when a patient channel already has one from a different organization.
Overview
- Organizations on a patient channel can add their own narrative while viewing narratives from others.
- To clear up confusion regarding read-only narratives from other orgs, a new hint clarifies that users can add their own narrative alongside existing ones.
For example, if EMS adds a narrative, the receiving facility can read it but cannot edit it; the hint clarifies that the receiving facility can add their own narrative so the channel contains both.

Timing
- This change will be available in Pulsara Mobile version 77. Version 77 released for iOS on September 10th and will release for Android on September 15th

QR Codes for Pulsara Web
This change is available now for all customers.
QR Code Details:
- Account Sign-Up
- Org admins creating a Signup Link in Pulsara Manager now have a QR Code option for creating an account using a mobile device.
- Admins can share this QR Code to allow account creation without needing a full-size computer
- It can be scanned directly from a monitor or paper printout
- External IDP Configuration
- For orgs using external identity providers, the Pulsara Mobile client must be configured for the external IDP
- With the addition of the new external IDP config QR Code, mobile users simply need to make sure they have the Pulsara app installed and then scan the QR Code to configure the app for use with the external IDP - quick and easy
